You were issued with a permission slip for the 2015 Highland Lifestyle Survey before we left for Craggan. If you have permission to complete the survey please use this address – https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Highland_Lifestyle_Survey-2015 – and complete the survey in your own time.

The P7 disco, organised by the lovely SOCS team, will take place tomorrow night, Wednesday 1st July 7.00-8.30pm in the school hall.

Please remember to wear a royal blue Crown sweatshirt for the End of Term Service on Thursday.

I think that’s all for now. Keep going P7, we’re nearly there!

Crown Has Talent

Talent Show

The talent show will take place on the morning of Wednesday 1st July so if you have put yourself forward to take part, remember to bring any props/costumes/instruments on the day. All classes will head to the hall first thing to see what talent Crown has to offer.

Due to the restrictions of the hall, parents and carers will not be able to attend this show.

Lost Property

Everything must go

We have begun to empty trays and tidy up our classroom.

Please check you have all of your belongings from the classroom, cloakroom and lost property. Anything that is not claimed will be given to charity.

Water Horse

P6 are going to be working on a film study of Water Horse this week while the P7’s are away to Millburn.  They will spend time looking studying the film, Loch Ness and the surrounding area.  It is classified as a P.G as the film contains mild language and fantasy danger.  If you would not like your child to participate please can you let me know?

Too close to call!!

What a great afternoon we had on Friday.  We were joined for the final time by some of the Millburn Debating club and we held our very own debate.  The Millburn pupils were kind enough to chair and judge our debate.

Mr Macleod is very proud of everyone and was amazed at the mature and well researched points that were made by those both for and against the motion.

In the end they decided it was too close to call a winning side!
